The dish I am presenting to you today is duck meat. It is a delicious dish. It's a lot of fun to eat. This is one of my favorite dish.

What is the process of making it? (Share steps with ingredients)

Materials for cooking duck meat

• Duck chopped meat- 1.5 kg.

• Ginger paste- 2 tbsp.

• Garlic paste- 1 tbsp.

• Cumin powder- 2 tbsp.

• Coriander powder- 1 tbsp.

• Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp.

• Chili powder- 2 tbsp.

• Salt- 1 tbsp.

• Edible oil- 1/2 cup.

• Hot spices.

• Onion- 1/2 cup.

Start Cooking Duck Meat
Step-1

First take a pan and place it on the stove and light the stove. Then add cardamom, cinnamon, oil, salt, dry chillies, bay leaf, a lot of onion in that pan. Then mix it well in the heat of the oven for some time. This concludes our first step. Then I move on to the next step.

Step-2

After completing the first step, we have come to the next step. Here we are going to add some more things to the pan that we already put in the pan. Here we add turmeric, garlic paste, onion paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry chili powder. Then mix this mixture well with the previous mixture. Then add a cup of water to it . Then stir it for some time. Then I will finish this step.

Step-3

After completing the previous step, now we come to the next step 3. Here we will add the washed and cleaned beef into this kadai. After giving the meat, hold the pan and mix the spices well with the people. Each person needs to be noticed and stirred for quite some time to get the spices well. Then add water and cover with a lid. So that more meats are boiled in the heat of this cow. After a while, remove the lid on the curry and stir so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. This completes our step 3.

Step-4

After completing step 3 we come to step 4. This is where we lift the lid and keep stirring. Then covered with a lid for some time. And increase the heat of the oven so that the meat is seared quickly. Then pour it from the pan into the pressure cooker. Now close the lid, then turn on the gas and place the pressure cooker on the stove. Leave it on the stove until I hear five beeps from the pressure cooker. Since duck meat has a lot of poison in it, if you don't keep it for a little longer, it won't be soft and tasty. This concludes our step 4. When the pressure cooker hears five whistles then I switch off the gas stove, keep the pressure cooker on this gas for more time to get soft and give a different flavor to the cheek and the meat is very soft so that it is not difficult to eat. Thus our step number five ends. Then I move on to the next step.

How much did it cost you to make this dish in your country? (specify including steem price)

If we make any, it requires various things like spices and herbs to cook it. Similarly, today I made duck meat and used many kinds of spices. I have explained step by step how to cook above. The duck that I cooked today is China Duck. A price in our country is 400 taka per kg. The weight of the duck I bought is 3 kg. The price of three kg of laughter is 1200 taka and 26.21 steem. Many other items were used, but they were used in such small quantities that it is not possible to determine the exact price.
