I am sorry to hear that love. Is it too much? Too tired or are there other issues you have to deal with? At times it's good to take a break even if you believe it's not possible.

I'm having total body breakdown, the weather conditions here is affecting my health...(Malaria and typhoid).
I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you have the opportunity to take a longer break so your body can rest.
So unfortunately there's no break in my duty, but God is faithful because I'm already getting better.
You can't be a few days off to be sick? That's really bad.
