Hi, Have you noticed how old my account is? Financially well is an overstatement I never could buy anything for what I earned here. I believe it's since half of January I do a bit better.

By far all my content isn't good rewarded. Have a look at what I write in my hive @hive-169911
I am the same person but not one of these posts ever earned more than 0.20 the average is 0.15. I try out several things to find the true about what is said and spread:

Be Creative
Engage
Good Content

Work hard pays? I don't think so and don't see it.

The thing with a "HUSTLE" is you have to see it as a hustle and I don't see Steemit that way more lile a puzzle and brain breaker.

If I want to make an income here I have to earn at least 16000 steem per month to continue to live in poverty and stay in club75 or club5050 is fine too.

My earning are better but if beneficiaries are set and 40-50% goes to those who gave me an upvote and resteemed there's not much left. Youcan see this with more big earners an exception are the asians, a bangladesh group and some more who never burn steem. Should we do so to be rewarded? If you have a small chance for a higher upvote but 25% goes to them is there a benefit?

I told myself to write daily because it's a need of mine but what I like most is rarely and hardly rewarded. I also noticed that posting in some communities is punished. I could say it is all coincedence but I don't believe in that.
It's important to me if I feel good about what I write and the community. Most communities I don't feel good or even a hostility. It takes me in average 8 hours to write something because I do not just type and post. I puzzle with words, read, reread, change and the pictures are a big time consuming task.

You have the same level as I. If I take all my posts and yours, your average reward is higher.
