Sunday was a very interesting day. I woke up as early as possible an proceeded to finishing an art that I’ve abandoned for a while. It was a critical task, but I pull through.

Around 7:00am, I embarked on domestic tasks and finished up on time in order to meet up in service.

Well, service was nice. The Sunday school topic was; Sentimental reasoning is dangerous to a faithful Christian. A case study on the life of King Saul that disobeyed God by reasoning sentimentally. God instructed him to destroy everything in the land of Amalekite but he decided to spared king King Agag’s life and also decided to keep the best goats, cattle, calves and various thing that appealed him. God rejected him because of his sentimental reasoning (1 Sam. 15:34). Another case study was on Israelite when Moses went to mount Sinai. Instead of the Israelite to hope on God, they applied sentiments and molded a golden calf for themselves (Exo. 32:4). I learned that it is not proper to apply sentiments in our doing but should always allow God to direct our footsteps.

Funny how my church leaders are still insisting on using a nose mask. Well, I think that this Sunday is the last Sunday that we are using face mask during worship.

My evening was interesting. I watched and download some art tutorial videos on YouTube because my next drawing practice will be tedious one, but I’m sure that I’ll pull through.
