I have read a lot about the effects of water on the human body. We know we need water to live. Every creature on this planet needs water. I try to drink about 3 liters of water daily to make it as optimal as possible for my body. I recommend everyone to drink so much. You will notice how your body behaves differently.

What water to drink?

I have read a lot about what water to drink to be the best for your body. I also read about how the government deceives us and wants to make us slaves.

• The tap water has fluoride. Fluoride is very unhealthy for our bodies. Fluoride is also found in toothpaste. I also replaced the toothpaste with one without fluoride.

• Bottled water. Healthy and good, but I don't trust these companies or the government anymore. You also need to choose the perfect bottled water with as many minerals as possible. So it is best to buy mineral water, not spring water.

• Water from the well. If someone has a well, then I think this water is the best. But it still needs cleaning.

And that's where I get to the point. It is worth buying an Ozonizer. Ozonizer is used to purify water, air, vegetables, fruits, and meat.

How does it work?

An Ozonizer, as the name suggests, produces ozone. Ozone is a powerful oxidizer. It removes all contaminants from the water. Removes excess fluoride, bacteria, chlorine, etc.

The Ozonizer has a tube with a diffuser at the end. We put it in our water bottle. I use tap water because the Ozonizer clears it anyway. If I have bottled water from the store, I also use an Ozonizer.
We set the "water cleaning" mode.

The process takes 20 minutes. After that time, the water is already cleaned. Water is not immediately drinkable. You have to wait about 20-30 minutes for the ozone to break down. I always wait another hour. After that, we can drink our water.

You can buy more expensive equipment, but I think for home use such a quiet enough.
