You also have those dogs like @lupega? I can tell you that I never see dogs like these with us wearing a "bag" (is there a phone or wallet in it) or scarf.

In a way I can understand that.
We can choose a pet, the only problem is that we can't take care of it. Some people don't worry about that ,they have two or even three, and those poor animals look neglected.
