In life, there are many ways to succeed, some found their own there own while some with the help of others, I should manage a company today, definitely, I will be needed a device experience to support the stand of the companies

A manager alone can not be at the reception at the same time moving the files from one office to another, I can't be at the gate opening door, and I can't be making coffee by myself,

Teamwork means collective ideas from different countries individuals that agree to work together either a group of five or ten and above, a collective of people who work together always have the best results at the end of the day,

We have different abilities and skills living inside our brains, mine is different yours is also different, Mr. A can bring the idea while Mr. B can analyze Mr. C can draft out the steps to follow and Mr. D can bring the conclusion, if all the information are relevant and productive the teamwork will considered and strike out an establishment that will aim successfully. As they say, two heads are better than one.

If a group of farmers went to the farm for work they can finish a large portion of the farm compared to one person's outcome of work in a day, in my village we do go to the farm as a team to earn money if called as an individual we put our strength for effective work done

Back then in school, we have been asked to work as a team on a market research project on the daily demand of individuals want, we are a group of five then, and for effective results we put aside our differences and work strongly, by the end of the day we have marked as the best in our team.

Celebrating our success

I was selected as a coordinator of a political party in our political zone here in Nasarawa state Akpata chapter, for me to gain the trust and the attention of our people, I created a sub-group that we will work together for the success of our aspirate in the election even due is not all the team members that will cooperate, but the few once that turns out, we gain success and won in our poly unit and zone, I was excited for the cooperation of my teammates

Football players in the field needs his team members to succeed the players know that they have to work hand-in-hand to succeed nand gained their goal without one another they cannot win

We both have our views and ideas, that is presented and every individual will love to hear that his ideas have been put into action first which is not possible,

time factor is one of the most difficult things in teamwork, the time to meet will be 2 pm but others availed at the venue by 3 pm, communication and reaching out of the decision is always difficult in teamwork

Lack of trust among members is one of the difficulties that teamwork faces, but as time goes on they learn to work together as friends

Teamwork faces challenges in selecting the team leader, as humans no one wants to be answerable to another, but once the majority appoints the leader everyone must respect the final decision by the leader.

Come to think about a cooperative that is everywhere in the world, ( like Dangote refinery are everywhere in the world, it has many branches and team workers that put their heads together to make his business successful dangote could not achieve his success alone he has all these employees that worked for him that bring glory to his name ) standing alone cannot give you achievement as wanted

Division of labour has come about because of teamwork, one person knows that his strength and power can not achieve his success that is why we need a helping hand, for us to climb up we need a ladder to step on, many experienced if put together can give us quick results and make us work ahead of time

It is never possible to achieve greatness standing alone they say one tree cannot make a forest.
