I am starting my blog today by wishing and congratulating all my friends on Ramadan Mubarak. Today I am here with a popular recipe for Iftar, Mama Piyaju, also known as Jhura Piyaju by many and a popular recipe in Chittagong. This is the time when we know these small Piajus as Mama Piajus and Mama Piajus play a vital role in Iftar as a full part of our Iftar, but today I am presenting below a simple description of how to make Mama piyaju recipe at home in a very easy way. Friends, you can easily make this at home, but let's take a look.

🧅 turmeric
🧅 cumin powder
🧅 coriander powder
🧅dry chilli powder
🧅 white oil
🧅onion powder spices
The Process of Receipe
Step 01
To make piyaju , first I will chop some onions and green chillies and cut them into small pieces and place them on a plate.
Step 02
Then I will take the onions and green chillies in a bowl. After that, I will add some gram flour and rice flour in it I will take rice powder. You can use conflower here instead of rice powder, but today I will use rice powder, it is better to say that dal paste can be used here, but I will avoid that today.
Step 03
Then I will add all the powdered spices there. Then I will knead everything well and leave it for about 10 minutes. But here, you will definitely need very little water because a lot of water will come out from the onion.
Step 04
Then I will put a pan on the stove add enough oil there and heat the oil well. Then I will add the makha onions in the hot oil. Then I will fry several onions one after the other in the oil.
Step 05
Take your time and fry them well. Here, the stove will be on medium to high heat and fry them well. Fry the onions until brown on both sides. Once they are fried, I will put the onions in a strainer and drain the excess oil.
Step 06
Then I will put a tissue paper on a plate and put the prepared piyaju there. Then I will take the mama piyaju on a plate and sprinkle piyaju masala on top. It will look much tastier.

These mama piyaju are also eaten at other times of the year. We all like to eat these mama piyaju during the Iftar of Ramadan. Without piyaju , iftar seems empty, it seems incomplete and I can double the saad of iftar. I hope my friends will like my recipe. I will see you in the next post. May Allah Hafez.
