Ekta Hotel & Restaurant, Rajshahi

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen. Today I am here to participate in the Atlas Engagement competition hosted by @mohammadfaisal. The topic for this 3rd week is Steemit Challenge Season 26 Week 03 - A Favourite Restaurant or Cafe.

Welcome back to the world of Atlas. Rajshahi Katakhali Bazar is an important commercial and populated place in Rajshahi division. This market has a variety of shops, hotels, restaurants and an abundance of essential goods. Among them, Ekta Hotel and Restaurant has been winning the hearts of the common people and food lovers for a long time. This hotel has become an attractive place for its diverse environment, affordable prices and delicious food. However, the special item of Ekta Hotel that attracts everyone the most is Kalabhuna.

Initially, you have to come to Katakali Bazar. Then this restaurant is on the left side of the place called Cinema Hall. On the right side of it is a big cinema hall, you can ask any autorickshaw to take you there. When you enter this restaurant, you can see some outdoor kitchens in front where cooking is done. There is a huge gate in front of the restaurant where some important writings are written on the signboard. Especially the name of the restaurant and the name of the owner.

After entering the restaurant, you will see many people inside because it is a very popular restaurant. That is why this restaurant is always crowded. However, you will wait there for a while and the automatic seats will become vacant. There is a very good arrangement for sitting inside the restaurant. You can sit there in the chairs and tables. There are big fans above your head for comfort from the heat. There are chairs and tables on both sides of the restaurant, but there are more food customers here at any time.

If you look at the wall of this restaurant, you can see the writing The flavors will come together. The wall has a picture of a big plate of rice. We got there on time and sat down because we were going to have dinner. There were a few other people with me who were sitting on chairs. Several large fans are spinning overhead so that none of us feel the heat because it is a very hot day.

This restaurant is a very big restaurant. So people always come here to enjoy their favorite food. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner here at the same time. If you come for lunch and dinner then you can see more items here. Since we went for dinner, I have mentioned the names of some of the items here with pictures. These items are very delicious and quality food that people come from far and wide to eat.

The most interesting recipe of this restaurant is Kalabhuna. The taste of this Kalabhuna touches people's hearts at the first bite. These dark black roasted spice-coated beef pieces are so soft that they easily melt in the mouth. The ratio of spices used in cooking and the perfect timing of frying have made this dish different from the other ten restaurants. Especially the magic of mustard oil, dry chili, thick onion batter and grated sweet-sour mixture has taken this dish to such a height that once you eat it, you can't help but go back for a second time. If you look at the picture of this recipe, you will understand something.

The popularity of Kalavuna at this hotel is not just limited to taste but has now become a kind of culture and experience. On Fridays after Juma prayers or on special holidays, food lovers can be seen lining up in front of Ekta Hotel. Families, friends or office colleagues come in groups just to taste Kalavuna and hot rice. Many people call in advance and order so that they don't have to wait long to get seated. However, after waiting for a while, we all ordered Kalavuna together. The rice was served to me on a black plate, which matched the dish.

Moreover, those who are a little picky about food cannot help but praise it here. The clean environment, the sincere attitude of the ever-smiling staff and the quality of the food have all made Ekta Hotel a trusted name. Apart from Kalabhuna, the plain rice, dal, vegetables and beef head roast here are also quite popular, but Kalabhuna always comes first. You will see tandoor roti being made there at night, it is a very delicious roti. You can also see a nice kitchen and accessories inside.

We all ate Kala Bhuna there and had a lot of rice which was satisfying for all of us. After I was there for a while, I realized that this restaurant is a popular restaurant for everyone where these dishes are available. There is a clean wash room where you can wash your hands before eating. There are enough tissues for everyone to wipe their hands. Let's now know about the names and prices of some of the dishes. I have mentioned the prices and pictures of some of the dishes.

You can order food from here as per your wish and then pay the bill in any of your payment options. If you want to pay in cash, then it is best as most people do that. However, if you wish, you can also pay the bill online. You can pay through Visa card, bank account and Master card. Pubali Bank is especially popular here. That is why the QR code of that bank has been placed here.

Finally, it can be said that Kalabhuna of Ekta Hotel and Restaurant is a taste story that you must enjoy once when you go to Katakhali Bazar. Those who live in Rajshahi city understand the importance of this food. I have been to Rajshahi division twice in total and have tasted this food every time.
