I am sharing my entry in the Contest- My National Emblems | Bird competition organized by the Steem for Bangladesh community. Every country has some nationality. Like our country, Bangladesh has national flowers, fruits, birds, trees, animals, etc. The Steem for Bangladesh community has organized a wonderful competition through which we will share information about the birds of our country and learn unknown things about the national birds of other friends' countries.

In Bangladesh, water, crops, and vegetation are abundant. Thousands of different kinds of familiar and unfamiliar birds are flying around the green nature of Bengal, on the branches of trees, in the fields, on the ghats, and in the blue sky. Bangladesh is rich in the assembly of birds of countless shapes, colors, and voices. The name of the bird whose song and dancing on the branches makes you feel restless is Doel. The doel is Bangladesh's national bird. Doel is also recognized as a songbird in Bangladesh. Doel birds are small in size. They are very restless and restless. They do not sit still anywhere. Doel birds jump and jump. They have milky white feathers from the bottom of their neck, which come down to their chest. One tail, two wings, and two slender legs characterize doel birds. Doel birds have some white spots in their wings and tails, whose beauty catches everyone's attention. Because of these attributes, the Doel bird has been designated as our national bird.

Doel birds are called songbirds. They sing and also whistle slowly. During the breeding season, male Doel birds sing very loudly early in the morning and the late afternoon. An interesting fact about our country's national bird, the doel, is that it can imitate the calls of other birds and various environmental sounds. This imitation and diversity make the doel one of the most charming songbirds. In green and lush Bangladesh, the song of the doel is a part of the arrival of the morning and rural life. The calm nature of the doel bird means early. The domesticated male doel is good at catching prey. Therefore, hunters make traps with the sweet chirp of the domesticated doel bird to hunt wild doel. The wild male doel is attracted by the chirp of the doel and falls into the hunter's trap.

The doel bird is mixed with the green and lush nature of Bengal. In Bangladesh, the doel bird is widely distributed. Nesting on tree branches is not permitted for doel birds. They usually build their nests by collecting straw in tree holes or cracks. Doel birds live in pairs. Since Doel birds are very small in size, they cannot fly very high. They fly here and there on the branches of small trees and attract everyone with their sweet chirps.

It is quite appreciated in the country because of its beautiful nature. The demand for the Doel bird is huge among bird lovers.
