Drinking plenty of water is a must. It keeps the body hydrated and helps in various physical activities. Smoking and excessive drinking should be avoided. They increase the risk of various diseases. Regular health checks and vaccinations should be taken. A person can generally stay healthy and active if these guidelines are followed.
