Try delegation
Delegation worked, but when I tried to revoke an existing delegation using a 0.000 delegation, I got this error message:
Enter 0 without any decimal places works.
Test power down — Does the 13-week warning appear?
Yes, the information about 4 weeks appear, including weekly payouts.
Is the cancel power down flow clear?
Yeah, I think so. I noticed something strange: on my first try, the “Power Down Active” message stayed on the screen; it only disappeared after I closed and restarted the app.
On my next try, however, everything worked right away.
Check witness voting — Vote and unvote a witness.
Voting and unvoting works.
Are the states visually distinct?
I was confused here; a green checkmark means you haven't voted:

Login to Steemit doesn't work
Steemworld didn't work either; tested during tool: account auth.
No issues with SteemPro.com; the login worked immediately.
Successfully tested
Transfer, Power Up, Savings - Deposit and Withdraw, works perfectly.

About the browser section: The login issues you saw on Steemit and SteemWorld are not related to Steem Keychain itself. I only provide the browser, the dApps control their own login flow. Steemit does not support Steem Keychain login on mobile. For SteemWorld, the authentication actually works, but the dialog stays open as if you didn't authenticate. You just need to close the dialog and you will see that you are actually connected. You can see it in the demo video at this timestamp:
Any dApp that integrates the Steem Keychain API (like SteemPro) will work perfectly, the dApp just needs to support Steem Keychain on their mobile UI.

I reviewed all your points and here is what I did:
Fixed:
Proposal Unvote — Vote state now persists when revisiting the page. You can unvote correctly.
Witness icons — Updated as you suggested: ✅ = voted, ⭕ = not voted.
Kept as is:
Delegation (0.000) — Entering 0 without decimals is the correct way to revoke. The placeholder shows 0.000 as a format hint, but the input 0 is what the blockchain expects. This is standard Steem behavior.
