Came across this artwokr on the wall :
It serves as an huge wall Ad for the restaurant of the same name "小红楼“ which pronounced as "xiao hong low" which literally mean "Small Red building"
Its a seafood centric chinese restaurant, so its apparently surrounded by sea where fresh sea food can be found....
