This entry caught my attention and it's such an insightful post.

You know many people believe weight gain is only about eating too much, but you explained very well how genetics, hormones, stress, sleep, and even gut bacteria can all play important roles.

I found the explanation about leptin resistance and metabolism very interesting because it shows that every body works differently. This was educational and easy to understand. Well done Sir!.
