The Diary Game: A Typical Monday at The Office/Marking Scripts/Attending to Students [03-02-2025]

Good day beautiful @cameroon, @nigeria @steemians and everyone around the globe. How has your Monday been? Mine was fine but stressful. Stay with me as I take you through my diary at the office.

Bible and Devotional

I woke up early, had my morning devotion before attending to some house chores. By the time I finished, I was all sweating so I headed straight to the bathroom to have my bath. The water cold and soothing to the body.

When I was done from the bathroom, I cleaned up and went to the kitchen to arrange breakfast. I had bread with milk and chocolate for breakfast.

After having my breakfast, I was contemplating on what to wear and just then, my wife came to the rescue. She suggested what I should put on and it happened to be okay for Monday at the office.

After dressing up, I stepped out to take a picture before leaving. When I walked down to the road side, it didn't take long before I could get a bike. I arrived at the office by few minutes to 10am.

On getting there, I went straight into marking the remaining assignment scripts I had with me. The scripts were many because of the number of students I'm taking and it also took time to finish marking because of the nature and number of questions.

While marking, I called one of my students to assist in recording the scores. In-between the marking, some students came in to see me and I was really happy I could be of help to them. I had ten minutes break at intervals to stretch my back because it was hurting.

I had to spend extra 1 hour plus after working hours to ensure I finished the marking and I was so happy I could.

Getting home, I was so tired after a hectic day marking scripts. I went straight to the bathroom and had my bath. Next stop was the kitchen to warm the beans with rice I had to eat. I'm relaxing now.😍😍
