The Diary Game [20/07/2024] // Finalized Payments for My New Apartment.

Steem greetings all the way from the motherland-Cameroon to all friends on the Steemit ecosystem. It is weekend and I hope we are having fun together with friends and family.

Guys, as I said in my previous diary on my issues with the landlord that made me went out searching for a new apartment. On this day, I had made all arrangements with the care taker to do the payments and he used part of the money to renovate.

I wake up early in the morning and took my bath, prepared breakfast for my kids and did some laundry. I had to rush to the bank to withdraw money to pay for the apartment. I had programmed with the care taker that I was bringing the money unfailingly.

It was Saturday and banks will closed from midday. I hurriedly took a bike because time was catching on me. Luckily when I arrived the bank, the queue was empty. I hurriedly filled the withdrawal form and send to the cashier. She said they were facing poor internet signals and that I should be patient. I took onto the seat while waiting on the internet signals to stabilize. I got to the point that I was loosing patience with them and I asked the cashier she should proposed to the management to buy Starlink internet.

Immediately I received the cash, I took a bike to the caretaker’s house and made the payments. We agreed that he will do some renovations and we moved in by month end.

After we paid the money, he called the landlady who told us to send a copy of ID card for her to send to her lawyer to draft our contract. I left the caretaker’s house and rush back home. My present apartment is two bedrooms and the new apartment is three bedrooms. I need to make a new bed for the 3rd room. I went to the carpenter shop to see if I could placed an order for a bed.

I made the arrangements with the carpenter and returned back home. While at home, I was feeling dizzy and weak. I had lost appetite just because I was so stressed up the whole day.

I could not do anything anymore as I felt so weak. My husband came back from work and asked me to go to bed and rest while he stayed with the kids. That is how I called it off and went to bed. Until my next diary session guys, happy weekend.
