RE: Should We All Be involved In Power Down?
It is very sad that when these communities grow, they start powering down. Recently, large communities have also started to step down. Country representatives are also powering down fast, which is a tragedy for the rest of the users. They should be the representative of their country to set an example for others. Unfortunately, they are also powering down. If the power goes down if there is a reason, it is a matter of belief. But these people are power down for no reason.
Suggestion to stop Power Down
First of all, only communities that are supporting users should get support. * The Steemit team should check out whatever community is formed and note down the number of Mods and Admins.
Each community should have a proportional share of all the Mods and Admins in the community wallet. ( 10 % extra for Founder or Admin)
A community is not only created because of the founder, but also the users who work in it are also contributing to its growth. And those hard-working Mods who are checking out the community because of their reviews. In this way, they also get the right to have their share in the community account. This way we can control the power down. Because I don't think the community founder will power down at will when all the moderators go against the power down. And anyway, the founder will know that even if he powers down, the moderators will also have to contribute. So that we can control power down. In my knowledge, we should stop power down. People should support other users as well. But at that time they started powering down. It shows that they have no concern with the growth of Steemit.
Of course, it has to be remembered that people don't have to only post in communities. They can just post on their personal blogs.
This is the best way. Most people follow that. Because quality content is always appreciated. Somehow, Powering Down communities leave a bad impression on curation.
