I did my last bounty wrong? For some reason it paid everyone even though nobody completed the bounty. Lost 6 STEEM.

I thought I had to vote people not the community unless I chose that?

How do I set it up as a bonus I choose to hand out?

If author does not decide the winner, then the community does.
