What is Indicator .

There are basically 2 types of technical analysis in trading. One is price action and other is indicator. However, many of those who use price action and also use indicators so that they can be more consistent. But I have also seen people who are trading using indicators only. And they are also getting good profit from the market. So I thought today let's discuss the indicator. Although I am not very familiar with all the indicators. But I will try to explain to you as much as I know.

The most popular of the indicators are moving average and exponential moving average. These 2 indicators are the most popular I've seen. The moving average is the average of the previous candles and creates a current line. Basically traders take trades after seeing that. Also those who trade on price action rules also use this moving average indicator. There are some ways to use this moving average, such as the 44MA , 100MA These are manual settings. Anyone can edit and change what he needs . And 100MA is most commonly used .

There are some other indicators that may be useful for you like MACD, Volume etc. The volume indicator is also very popular. Although I am not saying that if you use these indicators you will become very efficient trader but yes it will help you a lot while trading. And you need to practice a lot to become proficient in using these indicators. In fact everything has a skill to acquire. You need to be very skilled for trading. And that is the key to trading .

My main purpose of writing today's post was just to give you an idea about the indicator. And I never mentioned in this post that many will become pro traders by using indicator. This would be just a misconception. To be successful in trading you have to struggle a lot and then succeed. Otherwise all is in vain .
