Exchange Transfer Report: 2/26/2017 to 3/4/2017
USD values are calculated per day via API feeds from Poloniex (for STEEM and SBD values in BTC) and Coindesk (for USD value of BTC). For the hourly breakdown graphs, I show the USD values using the weighted average for that day. For the top 50 reports in USD terms, I then took the average USD value for STEEM and SBD for the week using the daily average which came out to:

Assumptions
Please see the first report for a detailed explanation of my personal assumptions related to what this data could mean (along with commentary on previous reports). What it does not show is people powering up, powering down, or if they are buying or selling on an exchange. It's just some interesting data dealing with transfers to and from exchange accounts.

Commentary
The withdrawal ratio this week was 12.84 to 1! That's the highest it's ever been.
Without @julianita dropping $43k, this week would look even more brutal. I'm curious who that is as their only post 7 months ago was a porn gif to see what would happen.
Steemit is apparently still making payroll with $86k heading out to exchanges.
The average weekly price is continuing to decline. Where will it end up? Where's the bottom?
The powerdown amounts for next week are almost completely in the green (another 50% decrease), but this image grab is a day late as I put this report together on Monday morning instead of Sunday night:

Thanks for providing this! It's interesting to watch things unfold... hopefully people will see the opportunity to buy in as some of the early adopters bail or try to take profits.
You're welcome! I try to put up a new report each week. I certainly enjoy seeing how things change over time. The ratio of people cashing out to those caching in certainly has me concerned though. I can't see the price changing directions if the supply keeps increasing that way and the demand keeps decreasing in comparison.
I also think there are people waiting on the sidelines for the bottom so they can buy in. My concern is, that bottom might be so low that those people may lose interest and invest elsewhere. Time will tell, I guess.
