501st Legion

The 501st legion, also called "Vader's First", was a clone unit lead by Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex. However Rex took out his inhibitor chip prior to order 66, being notified of the Chancellor's evilness by fellow clone, Fives. He deserted the 501st and Clone commander Appo took command. The chancellor ordered the execution of order 66 and the 501st helped Anakin now called Vader storm the temple. The 501st also helped Vader many times after the Clone Wars.

212th Attack Battalion

With their orange marking the 212th Attack Battalion entered battle alongside their Jedi leader, Obi-Wan. The 212th were comprised of elite clone paratroopers also very skilled in combat. The 212th participated in taking down General Grievous at Utapau. When order 66 came they did not hesitate to fire at Obi-Wan but he was able to escape them. They did not fail the Empire, putting down a Wookiee revolt.

41st Elite Corps

Jedi general: Luminara Unduli

Luminara Unduli usually was in charge of these skilled troopers but their prowess was most prominently seen at the battle of Kashyyyk fighting under Yoda. When Order 66 arose Yoda sensed it and cut off Commander Gree's head before he could kill him. Yoda used his escape pod and fled the planet.

The 104th Battalion also known as the Wolfpack got it's name from it's fearless leader, Commander Wolffe. It was a well respected squad that performed many missions for the Republic. One example of their toughness is when some of them were stranded in an escape pod with Plo Koon and defended it from Separatists before being rescued. Sadly when order 66 came they shot down their Jedi general, Plo Koon. However Commander Wolffe, like Rex, took out his chip and escaped the Empire on Seelos.

These are the Elite troopers whose armor inspired the Empire's Snowtroopers. They served under the ruthless Clone Commander Bacara. They were very skilled at almost everything the Republic would ask them to do. If they used all their troops they could conquer almost any separatist world. Commander Bacara who was very cold blooded devastatingly killed Ki-Adi-Mundi ordering all troops to shoot him.

The 327th Star Corps was assigned to be lead by Aayla Secura fresh out of the first Battle of Geonosis. They were a skilled unit colored the shade of sand. Over the time Aayla and Commander Bly grew to trust each other greatly. This made it very sad when Order 66 arose and Bly had to execute Aayla. The Clones brutally fired upon her and left her lying in the dirt on Felucia.
