Thank-you. I lost my Internet and am still not content with it. I had to get new equipment and wait for the delivery and now I can't get into the software to configure it. I waste my days with the technical support and get nothing accomplished. The support person has to consult with their advisor and supposedly will get back to me. My ISP is a 3rd party and it leases capacity from a monopoly, so is beholden to that bigger company and I am quite certain that the large company simply stopped supporting my equipment with no notice. I'm beginning to suspect that I was given faulty hardware and might need to get a replacement for it. I told the ISP I'm not going without Internet for another week, so if they send me a replacement FIRST, I can then send the faulty equipment back. No response on that yet.
