Not to be overly pessimistic but the sticking point imo is that this would require Justin essentially to concede power to the community.
Considering he has not removed the sock puppet witnesses which is essentially a power struggle against the community, being realistic I consider this prospect to be bleak.
But hey, Justin could always prove me wrong. Hope he does.
