Liverpool fans calls for Mourinho to remain at Manchester United

It was another shambolic display from the Old Trafford side. The team could hardly do anything to keep the Mersey side at bay as Liverpool ran riot from the beginning of the game.
It was Sadio Mane who opened the scoring for the home side in the 24th minute of play with a sublime volley to beat the helpless De Gea. I wonder how this club could have such a poor defense. The Senegalese was left totally unmarked for Liverpool’s first goal. It shows the deplorable state that Manchester united find themselves in.
Allison would later gift United an early xmas gift when he spilled the ball for lingard to capitalize. This restored parity in the game. It didn’t last long however as Shaqiri came off the bench to score a brace in ten minutes to put the game beyond the visitors.
Manchester united now sits eleven points out of top four and Champions league football is now looking very unlikely.
The Portuguese boss received a rare vote of confidence from the opposition fans who were singing that Mourinho should not be sacked. This however would come to many as ironic. They could want Mourinho to remain coach so they could be earning free three points. I think many fans and staff at the red devils outfit wants to see the ‘unhappy one’ move away.
