OFFICIAL: De Rossi is the player of Boca Juniors !
Former captain of AS Roma, Daniele De Rossi became the new Boca Juniors player. An experienced midfielder signed an annual contract with an Argentinean club.
36-year-old De Rossi said goodbye to AS Roma after the end of the last season, after his previous contract expired. Club from Stadio Olimpico, in which he spent 18 years, did not decide to extend it.
The former Italian representative could not complain about the lack of interest. Among the clubs that wanted to bring him to each other were Fiorentina, AC Milan and Sampdoria. However, De Rossi decided to move to Argentina because he did not want to play in a different club in Italy than AS Roma.
