Suarez ruled out due to injury
Barcelona forward Luis Suarez yesterday suffered an injury in Barcelona's match against Real Betis. The matched ended 4-1 in favor of the Blaugrana but ended on a bad note with Suarez coming off in the 89th minutes.
Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde confirmed after the match that the situation of the injury was that He suffered a badly sprained ankle. It was his right ankle that he sustained the sprain. Philippe Coutinho was brought in to replace the Uruguay forward.
Suarez as confirmed by Valverde would be ruled out of play for about three weeks which means that He would likely not feature or his country during the international break. Uruguay will be playing Uzbekistan on Friday of this week for the China Cup. Barcelona next Laliga game is against Atletico Madrid on sixth of next month April and hopefully he would be available for that game and the Champions league.
