Who is hosting AFCON?

Recently, there were rumors all over social media about a change of the host for the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Confederation of all Africans Football (CAF) president Ahmad has confirmed that Cameroon still stands the best chance at hosting the games. He did this to quench all rumors that CAF as a body has taken away that privilege from Cameroon.
BBC says that 2019 AFCON games will be the first to host 24 teams. Unlike previous years, the games will be hosted around June and July. During a meeting will the Cameroonian president, the CAF president Ahmad explained that Cameroon was doing all that they can to see that all things are in place for the AFCON games. The football legend Samuel Eto’o was also in the meeting and received accolade for all his hard work
