RE: The Spy Who Loved Thee: what Stratego & NFL playoffs have in common (Jaguars +10)
Jags easily covered, but we expected the win. Absolutely pathetic performance by the Jags who were clearly the better team. It never ceases to amaze us how teams will cower and shrivel-up in the face of a storied team. Saw it happen so many times to teams playing the Yankees, like Philly in 2009 or the Mets in the Subway Series. This game was no different. Pathetic play-calling in the final drive by Jags, and then the "#1 defense" in the NFL giving up a game-ending first down on 3rd & 9 with Patriots lining up in an obvious clock-killing I-formation. When your #1 ranked defense can't force a punt at 3rd & 9 with the other team obviously running the ball to kill clock, you F'g deserve to lose. PATHETIC. Jacksonville shouldn't even have a football team, send that sh!t out to Las Vega$ or Portland.
