It's my third day to join the Sportstalksocial platform. I'm a little novice right now. I don't know exactly what to do. My friends are trying to help me.

I ran about 5 miles this morning. Then I came home and took a shuttle. My abdominal muscles are sore right now. I hope it won't take long. I'm on a diet these days. I need to take care of my health. I'm gonna take a shower and have breakfast. Good day to you :)
