Icardi loaned to PSG.
Mauro Icardi in the 2019/20 season on a loan basis from Inter Milan will defend the colors of Paris Saint-Germain. The club from the French capital has the option of buying a player for € 65-70 million. More details of the transaction were not disclosed.
"Inter Milan reports that Mauro Icardi has joined Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine striker has signed a contract with the French club for an annual loan with the option of a final transfer after the end of the season" - reads a statement published on the club's official website from Lombardy.
"At the same time, Icardi reached an agreement with Inter Milan to extend the contract until June 30, 2022" - reads further.
Sky Sport Italia announces that the French champions will pay € 5 million for renting Icardi, while the player's salary will be € 7 million a year.
If the French club activates the option of buying a player, then the Argentinean apanages will increase to € 10 million per year. The competitor would then be bound by the contract with PSG for 4 years. Let's add that Icardi will be number 18 on the jersey in the Paris club.
