NBA Injury bug hits, CJ McCollum sustains an injury

As the NBA Playoffs is nearing the injury bug hits again, Portland Trailblazers shooting guard CJ McCollum suffered a popliteus strain in his left knee, and could be out for a couple of weeks.

At 42-27, the Trail Blazers sit in fourth place in the Western Conference. 13 games to go, the injury will certainly hurt Portland as they jockey for position. First seed is still a possibility.

McCollum, 27, is averaging 21.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.9 assists this season. Hopefully he gets back in time before the Playoffs.
