It’s extremely early in the recruiting process for a 2020 prospect such as Jaden Hullaby. It’s also isn’t common for a Texas player to attend Iowa’s junior day.
The fact Hullaby came so far for a visit nearly two years before he signs is as strong of an indication that he can give about his interest level in Iowa. That’s about the best-case scenario for the Hawkeyes at the moment. It’s hard to gauge his recruitment because it depends on the level of teams that offer him. Right now, Baylor, Colorado, Florida, Indiana and Iowa have offered. His recruitment changes if a Texas, Texas A&M or a national power comes in and offers.
