Keeping your exercises mentally stimulating is essential to staying in the game. And the rules for this game are simple take a stack of aerobic step risers, sit down into a low squat to pick up the one on top, jump and transfer the riser to the opposite side. NO hinging at the hips and place the riser rather than just dropping it. Once you've moved the entire stack it's time to take them all back to where they started.
