This horse was the favorite in the Preakness Stakes and won it by a close call. Justify battled most of the race with Good
Magic. Justify created some separation on Good Magic. Headed for the wire, Bravazo and Tenfold raced past Good Magic. Given a few more paces and they may have caught Justify. At the wire, Justify raced victoriously to be Winner of the Preakness Stakes 2018. Justify keeps alive the possibility of becoming a winner of the Triple Crown.

The next step for Justify is to compete in and win the Belmont Stakes to become a Triple Crown Winner.

Definitively proving himself to be a mud runner. What are the chances for rain for the next race?
We are another couple of weeks away, so I don't know the extended weather forecast. It will likely be a factor. I'd say Justify has proven himself and only one major race to solidify the proof.
No goldkey, Justify cannot win the Triple Crown. We saw a tired horse out there tonight and he will be tested at a far greater difference in three weeks. I honestly don't believe he'll be in the top 3 in the Belmont Stakes.
Bravazo was coming on strong at the end. It was an amazing finish to me. Good Magic got blasted down to fourth by Bravazo and Tenfold. A few more steps and they may have caught Justify. The Belmont will include the return of Audible, Bravazo and Tenfold, so Justify will need to bring his A-Plus Game.

I know...I'm fired. Quip for the....nothing. Justify against some fresh horses 3 weeks from now though won't be easy.
Quip went . . . to the back. I thought he would have good showing too. I liked Good Magic who ran neck and neck with Justify, and then ended fourth. Justify will be facing some of the same with Bravazo and Tenfold. Audible will be back from taking 3rd at the Kentucky Derby. You are right that more fresh horses will be running. It should be a good race. Justify will have a hard time for sure.
Definitely Justify loves running in the mud, If for the Belmont Stake a similar track is presented; we will have a new triple crowned @goldkey.
I'd love to see a clear track for the Belmont and see what Justify could do there.
@goldkey the excellent race won by Justify and the incredible driving of Mike Smith; I did not demand it 100% and I earn very comfortable. We were in the presence of the new triple crowned.
