"I'm a.....and i need a...." Serie part4 | Do sport!
Hi friends, hi steemians.
Being busy lately effected my blogging, but now now I'm trying to pick somethings useful to post, well today I'm going to talk about sport and it's benefits to the health!
⚫️So the fourth episode will be like this I'm the health and I need sport.
⚪️For me i practice several types of sports such as parkour and basketball🏀. Today was my day off so i went to the park to play basketball with friends then i had the idea to talk about sport :)
But i didn't forgot to workout a bit 😊
▶️Well. Sports build the muscles, different types of moves build different parts of muscles and giving the much time, the right time, to the workout gives great results. The problem here is that people don't have the time to do sport! Really!!? Believe me this is just an excuse, a dump one, to avoid moving their butt, This caused through time many issues, physical issues, blood pressure, muscles stiffness and many other problems.
✔️Doing sports protect the body from several diseases, help adjusting the circulatory and clearing the brain from the negatives energy/thoughts.
