I demonstrate and coach two kickboxing combinations on the free standing punching bag. This time each combination is based around the side kick and how you can use it to setup the rest of your kickboxing combos.
Put the focus on making it right before you worry about making it fast. Get the technique consistent and the speed will come on it's own without effort. If the speed and technique are there the power will follow.
