Wednesday night and an hour of talking poker. A community of players has built up in the playing poker. Some are turning out to be really tricky players. All n all I am thinking I should stop this show, people taking up some of these tips are improving their game and making it harder to win. Yea, like I can take the credit for that. It is more the experience people are gaining as they play the game. A little understanding of terminology and strategy, some odd's for and against a play. You, a few players are improving their game. There is good plays and bad plays, luck plays and unlucky plays and Statistical plays. The one that wins you the tournament is the right one, every time. There are too many things in variance to say a particular play was the right one without knowing the surrounding circumstance.

I can see my win rate dropping in my mind already.

There is a wide range of poker games or add on's to existing games to make them more interesting for experienced players for more fun for those with less experience. Each change brings about different challenges to the game, How many cards are exposed to everyone, how many cards everyone holds. Stake limits or no limit, What are the winning hands, these too can change from game to game, In a mixed game it is essential to watch for these changes. It does get announced in the text chat and is visible on the table top left what game is in play.

Each week the show will look at one of the games starting with a general chat about all or if one game takes a preference. There are other games not on site like Badugi or 2-7 were an A is a bad card to have.

You can record your game and ask me questions about plays I made against you. For the specific hand you would have to ask me to keep the record. That way I would know the hand, the cards I was holding when made the play. Screen shots would do. we can post the screen shot or series of screen shots and discuss the play as it went. Possibly try make predictions of what the hidden cards are.

Hmm might be able to grow that to an SBD prize if I give it a bit of thought.
