Using Crystal's To Raise Your Vibration

Crystals have been used all throughout history as spiritual tools for different things such as reaching deeper states of meditation, wearing them for protection, or making crystal grids for rituals. All of this is possible through our intentions that we put into the crystals! Many people think that the power is within the crystal but the truth is that all the different spiritual tools we use are neutral until we put our energy into them. It's about our intent behind the tools that gives them the power to help us, so use these tools to your advantage spiritually, mentally, and physically!

Charging Up and Programming Crystals!

Before we get into charging and programming our crystals, it is also important to get the crystals from a reliable source you trust will put high vibrations and loving intentions into the crystals, because you don't want any tools with negative residue attached to them and interfering with your energy work. If you feel the need arise it’s best to cleanse them before putting your energies and intentions into them. Now to charge up and program your crystals there are many different things that you can do, and it is best to try them out for yourself and see what works best for you and your energy!

-Soak in bowl of water to cleanse (If Crystal is water safe)*
-Burn sage using the smoke to cleanse negative energy
-Charge them in Sunlight and/or Moonlight
-Speak your intentions into them using affirmations
-Meditate with them and focus on programming them with your intent
-Use them in your altar/energy space

When using these different charging and programming techniques, make sure you establish a strong connection with the crystals you are working with and put your high vibing intentions into them so they can really be charged up and ready for you to use them to their highest potential! The tools we use are only as strong as our intentions and energy we put into them so be direct with your focus and consistency is Ki. 💯

What Should Crystals Be Used For?

There are many different things crystals can be used for, it’s really up to you for what purpose they will serve to help raise your consciousness! Personally I like to wear crystals to have the protection I need throughout the day. For example you might be having a social get together with loved ones and you might want to wear rose quartz or whatever crystal that you have programmed to help you tune into the love vibration so you can open up and connect. It’s limitless as to how the crystals can help us on our paths so get in tune with your crystals and use them to better yourself spiritually, mentally, and physically.
