I agree that avoidance, denial, resistance are forms of negativity themselves. Ideas like that one ought to/it is right to be engaged into something are the same. Those are repressions and compulsions. But in the final analysis all is part of the whole.

By the way I accept no one as authority in spituality as I am spirit myself. And although I don't want to enforce this notion, so is everybody else. :)
