A few things about Spider-Man #3
Even Donald Glover almost become Spider-Man. When Sony cast a new Spider-Man for The Amazing Spider-Man, many fans demanded that they wanted Donald Glover. He had shown himself in a Community episode in a Spider-Man pajama. As we know he didn't become Spider-Man but Andrew Garfield. But Glove got a role in Spider-Man Homecoming. He plays the uncle of Miles Morales. This is teasing that Miles Morales also exists in this universe.
The interesting thing about this role in turn is that Donald Glover was one of the sources of inspiration for the Spider-Man version Miles Morales. Brian Michael Bendis, the creator of Miles Morales, has taken Donald Glover and Barack Obama as models for Miles Morales. Miles Morales is known to be the second Spider-Man to become Spider-Man in another reality after the death of Peter Parker. In addition, there was a really cool and successful film last year produced by Sony.
Tom holland is now the new Spider-Man. It was Andrew Garfield before him and many fans liked this interpretation of Garfield as Spider-Man, they even hoped for a third The Amazing Spider-Man movie, but this never happened and many still think that's because of the box office scores of part 2 and teaming up with the Marvel Studios for the MCU. But that's not the case. It's more likely that the Sony boss was extremely angry at Andrew Garfield.
Because at that time, the Sony boss wanted to loudly announce that it would come a The Amazing Spider-Man 3 movie, but the good Andrew Garfield was not present at the event, although he should actually come. He probably suffered from jetlag so he did not come to the event. The Sony boss was so angry that he decided not to announce the movie and instead he kicked out Andrew Garfield.
Andrew Garfield still believes that the case was not the event, it was because he liked to share his opinion, including that the second Spidey movie inn which he played was bad.
