Ya no somos esclavos sino hijos y como hijos, herederos de las promesas de Dios. Tenemos la mente de Cristo y por lo tanto nuestra mentalidad es la de hijos.
Un hijo tiene sentido de pertenencia y cuida la herencia del Padre. Hijo prodigo es aquel que desperdicia y despilfarra. Somos hijos pródigos cuando no aprovechamos bien el tiempo y no cuidamos de lo que Dios nos ha entregado. Romanos 8:17.
