Croquetas italianas Gratinadas
Los crozets son pequeñas pastas cuadradas hechas originalmente de harina de trigo sarraceno. Especialidad de Saboya que era italiana hace mucho tiempo.
- 1 paquete de crozets
- 1 sobre pequeño de salsa de tomate
- 2 lonchas de jamón crudo
- 6 rebanadas de mozzarella
- Sal, pimienta, hierbas provenzales
Escurra y agregue la salsa de tomate, la pimienta y las hierbas provenzales.
Corte el jamón e incorpórelo a los crozets.
Mezcle bien y vierta todo en un gratinado.
Divida las rodajas de mozzarella y espolvoree con hierbas provenzales.
Dorar durante unos veinte minutos en un horno calentado a 200 °, Disfrutar!
