Los apagones en el zulia

el zulia es una de las ciudades con mas petrolio en el mundo y no tiene buen servicio electro aunque la electricidad es gratis pero, pero lo hacen para que la gente no se queje esperemos que en el futuro esto cambie les envio esto para que lean la realidad de mi pais buenas noches gente.

    Servicio que nunca nos hemos negado a pagarlo solo que el gobierno y su mediocridad nos quitaron hasta el pago de los servicios públicos para tener de donde agarrarse.
