that means cheetah have Flagged your post which means cheetah downvoted you, that works like upvote but instead of increase the reward of your post it reduce. You have already proven that cheetah made a terrible mistake, I trully wish the person behind cheetah robot try to to read your post and maybe change cheetah programming in order to avoid make this kind of mistake again.

Well, I don't really keep looking to what robots such as cheetah is doing, but I've seen it appearing unfairly in some posts, but I think this plagiarist or Id thief accusation it mades towards you has really crossed the line.

You need to contact them to get of this list.
The blacklist-a bot is one that's only there to make money by downvoting, this one is separate from @cheetah or @steemcleaners.
But if @steemcleaners support you, you may be able to be upvoted enough to counteract this incorrect downvote.
Maybe one of the steemwhales are able to help you.
