I have ever felt defeat
Then hide in the cave above the mountain peak
Trying to avoid the sun
Enjoying quiet in meditation
Quiet in silence
Get rid of the world to pray
Hoping only on the pleasure of God
Where all love is received
I have ever felt disappointed
It is said to smile again
Trying to face life
Untouched by the poison of the world
And when the world calls
I hesitate to step outside
To once again step out
To unfold my Sufi cloak
