Esta es una publicación de respuesta a la primera tarea de la búsqueda para el Campamento de Verano Sndbox, promovida por @anomadsoul y @guyfawkes4-20 cuya bases y reglas se especifican en este post en inglés

Un agradecimiento especial a @Sndbox, @voronoi y @hansikhouse por darnos la oportunidad de hacer esto.

La primera tarea consiste en: sin importar el punto de vista (Filosofía, Psicología o Sociología) se debe analizar “Solo una” de cualquiera de las siguientes situaciones en steemit:

• Tasa de rechazo: explore esta idea teniendo en cuenta que la retención de usuarios es inferior al 20%. Los proyectos como OCD tienen una retención de usuarios superior al 80%.
• Incorporación de los novatos: la mayoría de los pececillos cuando se unen a Steemit tienen que lidiar con esto sin simulacro o, si tienen suerte, son abordados por otro pececillo que no está muy familiarizado con todo el ecosistema.
• SteemInfluyentes: ¿las ballenas son las influyentes del futuro? ¿Qué implicaciones tiene eso?
• Conducta de votación: Anillos de votación, autovotación, votos automáticos, etc.
• Calidad del contenido vs cantidad

Los ejemplos de cada tema son solo eso, ejemplos, pero usted es una persona de análisis para que pueda hacer lo que quiera con cualquiera de los temas (solo uno) y atacarlo y desmembrarlo como desee.

Lo más difícil para mí de esta tarea es la coletilla que hace @anomadsoul “solo una”. Al mandarme a analizar algo busco hacerlo desde todas las perspectivas posibles, para lo cual tengo usar diferentes ángulos de estudio.

Al darme una lista de posibles situaciones a analizar, inmediatamente mi cerebro hace algo loco. Lo imagino como una distribuir muchas cámaras para obtener distintos ángulos de un gran evento, como lo hace las mega televisoras cuando cubren un gran evento, como la Serie Mundial por ejemplo. Es por eso que este listado de situaciones ya nombradas, sé que se relacionan entre sí, a un nivel alto. Incluso pueden ser dependiente una situación de la otra, como el caso de la tasa de rechazo con la incorporación de los novatos en la plataforma. Si sigo escribiendo de relación y dependencia entre una y otra de las situaciones sugeridas creo que mi análisis sería muy largo y quizás de lectura aburrida.

Sin embargo, el comando es hacer un análisis de una sola de las situaciones, y como lo dije, me explotó la cabeza, porque ahora recogí todas mis cámaras, y las volví a desplegar pero todas deben enfocar a una sola situación en la cancha pero con ángulos distintos.

La situación que escogí fue “conducta de votación”, por ser una de las actividades básicas en steemit, todos realizan y conocen, además es aplicable en parte al resto de las situaciones sugeridas.

Mi pensar a este tema es muy sencillo y se resume básicamente a una palabra “motivación”. De allí dependerá no solo nuestra conducta de votación sino nuestra conducta en todos los aspectos en la plataforma. La motivación por la que estamos haciendo vida aquí en steemit.

Referente a los votos:

Votos a ballenas y personas con alto SP: Alguno lo hacen solo por querer congraciarse con el usuario influyente pensado que obtendrán un voto, o follow reciproco. Otros los hacen por las recompensas de curación (normales en post de ballenas que obtienen alta facturación), estás personas normalmente usan robots de votos automáticos para esta tarea. Y otros usuario realmente les gusta los post de la ballena, los leen lo comentan y votan.

Votos a minions: Algunos lo hacen muy poco, y lo hacen solo para ganar seguidores debido a que un voto reciproco no haría gran diferencia a su wallet. Algunos son grandes cazadores de buenos post y votan de acuerdo a su gusto y quieren apoyar a minions con gran potencial en la plataforma.

Autovoto: Las personas cuya única motivación es el dinero, no dejan de autovotarse en todas sus publicaciones, algunos manejan varias cuentas creando un anillo de votación (próximo ítem) siempre beneficiando a su cuenta oficial o principal.

Los anillos de votación: para mí hay dos vertientes:

• Los que tienen varias cuentas y son la misma persona: completamente con una mentalidad ventajista, tramposa y avara. Donde se establece una rutina de votación entre cuentas para incrementar sus ganancias, normalmente favoreciendo a la cuenta oficial de la persona real (las otras cuentas son identidades falsas).
• Los anillos de votación de distintos usuario reales, con alguna relación entre sí: Esto es común en steemit, sobre todo entre usuarios conocidos, ya sea amigos cercanos y/o familiares; y entre compañeros de comunidad. Incluso existe los anillos de votación entre proyectos, lo cual algunos lo realizan alegando una sustentabilidad económica de dichos proyectos.

En resumen, una persona votará de acuerdo a como esa conducta favorezca a sus motivos reales dentro de la plataforma, si es solo por ganancia económica, por socializar, por aprender, solo por diversión, incluso si es la mezcla de todos estos aspectos, en mayor o menor proporción.

Es difícil hacer un análisis de esta situación y no tener una opinión y/o posición al respecto. Sin embargo, es temerario expresarla abiertamente en un escrito, porque lamentablemente muchas personas asumen que por no estar de acuerdo con una conducta de votación, se les está juzgando y señalando. Así que es más fácil, usar las herramientas como steemreports y analizar la conducta de votación de determinado usuario. Por lo pronto si puedo decir que apoyo o recomiendo una determinada conducta de votación, la que diría es una conducta de votación infalible, sin reproches (inclusive por los más ambiciosos) es la de leer la mayor cantidad de posts y votar de acuerdo a su criterio de valoración de la calidad de dicha publicación.

La única nota a título personal que puedo confesar de mi conducta de votación es que voto todos los post de mi amada esposa @rosaimm, porque de no hacerlo me traería algunas represalias luego de apagar la computadora. Sin embargo, me consta que siempre está buscando aprender más para mejorar continuamente en sus publicaciones.

This is a publication responding to the first task of the search for the Sndbox Summer Camp, promoted by @anomadsoul and @guyfawkes4-20 whose bases and rules are specified in this post.

The most difficult thing for me about this task is the emphasis that @anomadsoul "only one" makes. When sending me to analyze something I seek to do it from all possible perspectives, for which I have to use different angles of study.

By giving me a list of possible situations to analyze, my brain immediately does something crazy. I imagine it as a distribution of many cameras to get different angles of a big event, as the big sports channels do when they cover a big event, like the World Series for example. That is why this list of situations already mentioned, I know that they are related to each other, at a high level. Even one situation may be dependent on the other, as in the case of the rejection rate with the incorporation of newbies into the platform. If I keep writing about the relationship and dependence between the two suggested situations, I think my analysis would be very long and perhaps boring reading.

However, the command is to make an analysis of only one of the situations, and as I said, my head exploded, because now I picked up all my cameras, and I re-deployed them but they all have to focus on one situation on the court but with different angles.

The situation I chose was "voting behavior", because it is one of the basic activities in steemit, everyone does and knows, it is also applicable in part to the rest of the suggested situations.

My thinking on this topic is very simple and basically summarizes a word "motivation". From there will depend not only our voting behavior but our conduct in all aspects of the platform. The motivation for which we are living here in steemit.

Regarding the votes:

Votes to whales and people with high SP: Some do it just for wanting to ingratiate themselves with the influential user thinking that they will get a vote, or follow them back. Others do them for the healing rewards (normal in post whales that get high rewards), these people usually use automatic voting robots for this task. And other users really like the post of the whale, they read it and they vote.

Votes to minions: Some do very little, and they do it only to gain followers because a reciprocal vote would not make a big difference to their wallet. Some are great hunters of good post and vote according to their taste and want to support minions with great potential on the platform.

Self-voting: People whose only motivation is money, do not stop self-voting in all their publications, some manage several accounts creating a voting ring (next item) always benefiting their official or main account.

The voting rings: there are two ways for me:

• Those who have several accounts and are the same person: completely with an advantageous, cheating and greedy mentality. Where a voting routine is established between accounts to increase their profits, normally favoring the official account of the real person (the other accounts are false identities).
• Voting rings of different real users, with some relationship between them: This is common in steemit, especially among known users, either close friends and / or family; and among community partners. There are even voting rings between projects, which some do to have an economic sustainability of these projects.

In short, a person will vote according to how that behavior favors their real motives within the platform, if it is only for economic gain, to socialize, to learn, just for fun, even if it is the mixture of all these aspects, in greater or lesser proportion.

It is difficult to analyze this situation and not have an opinion and / or position about it. However, it is reckless to express it openly in a writing, because unfortunately many people assume that because they do not agree with a voting behavior, they are being judged and pointed out. So it's easier to use tools like steemreports and analyze the voting behavior of a certain user. For now if I can say that I support or recommend a certain voting behavior, what I would say is an infallible voting behavior, without reproaches (even for the most ambitious) is to read as many posts and vote according to their Quality assessment criteria for said publication.

The only personal note that I can confess about my voting behavior is that I vote all the posts of my beloved wife @rosaimm, because if I did not do it, it would bring some reprisals after turning off the computer. However, I know that you are always looking to learn more to improve continuously in your publications.
