Delicious Healthy Green Smoothie
I am now going on this health kick and I am suddenly attracted to smoothies. So, I stumbled upon this one, it's totally simple and believe me I have tried some smoothies and mannn !they were just gross. But I tweaked this and it tastes soooo delicious, kind of like a Banana Split or Banana Flavored Ice Cream. So try this guys and let me know because this one is definitely a winner with me.
Recipe:
1/2 C Frozen Banana
1 C Baby Spinach, Frozen or Fresh (frozen is my choice)
1C Coconut Milk
1 T Vanilla Extract
1T Organic Blue Agave
Blend and Voila!!!
