Why I use kale to make a smoothie?
- alkalized -> source of chlorophyll
- suppress cancer
- balanced blood sugar levels
- contains anti-inflammatory antioxidants
- contains omega 3 fatty acids, flavonoids, calcium (perfect for vegan!)
- weight loss
What do you need:
- 2 cups kale, stems removed
- 1 ripe pear chopped with skin and seeds
- 1 apple chopped with skin and seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup water or almond milk
Let's do it!
Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

I also love kale, especially in my salad for dinner! Many people I know were pretty surprised that kale can be eaten raw - so thank you for this post, raw kale deserves a lot more attention. Not only for its health benefits but it is also super delicious :)
Yes, is true! Many people never tried kale or afraid about the taste. So, smoothie is good idea to include kale to the diet, because don't feel the taste :)
I always add leafy greens like kale or spinach to my smoothies.
