These smartcash should be present in the wallet for a minimum duration of 30 days
Once these conditions are met then on the twenty-fifth of the next month an automatic snapshot is captured of the smartcash blockchain.
This snapshot is to see who are the people whose wallets meets the above eligibility criterion for earning the rewards.
Those who are found to have met the above criterion get their sent out to their wallet.
You can add more coins to the smartcash wallet and it would not void your smartcash eligibility however if you were to send out smartcash then that particular address would not be counted for rewards for the next month and the 30 day hibernation period would start afresh.
