Crisanta inspiration:

Crisanta's story tells of a young woman who moved to Mexico City in the late seventeenth century, daughter of a pioneer who founded one of the first craft breweries in Mexico City in partnership with a foreigner.

At a young age, Crisanta worked serving customers and preparing fruit liqueurs in one of the 30 beer shops that existed at the time, finally convinces his father to help in the work of brewing beer, there begins the story of Crisanta, the young brewer of Mexico.

PROJECTS

#CrisantaRestaurante arises from a school project that sought to create a meeting space for friends and family, over time the project is consolidated and the design of the Cervecería Restaurante is carried out. Shortly after, Crisanta becomes a reference for heart brewers and demanding palates.

In the search and experimentation of otheir gastronomic offer Crisanta developed our # Panadería_Garage, where the axis of the proposal is the development of first quality bread products inspired by the Mexican and European tradition.

To study the brewing culture and its history, they created the #Expendio_Crisanta, a space where meetings are held around tastings and specialized talks with national producers. You can find discounts all year round on our selection of beers.

Micro_Cervecería In 2012 they imagined their first beer recipe, they studied it and took it to production. Today they make 9 formulas in small production lots; their beer work focuses on developing products that arouse interest in #CervezaEnSerio and offer a greater sensorial experience.

Crisanta does their own bread and the food is delicious. It also has an excelent interior decoration, with some really cool paintings.

Crisanta is a great place whith great food and beer, and the best thing is that they will start accepting SmartCash as payment.
